How to opt in to Pro Skills Basketball text messages

Pro Skills Basketball (PSB) is a youth basketball organization. Parents, guardians, and prospective families opt in to receive text messages from PSB one way: through a consent checkbox on a PSB web form, described below.

How to opt in: a consent checkbox on our web forms

1. A parent or guardian uses a PSB web form: signing up for an account (app.proskillsbasketball.com/signup), registering for a program (app.proskillsbasketball.com/register), or submitting an interest form for a program in their city (app.proskillsbasketball.com/interest).
2. They enter their own contact details, including their mobile phone number.
3. They check an SMS consent checkbox that is not checked by default, opting in is an active choice and is not required to register, pay, or submit the form.
4. The checkbox displays this disclosure: “By providing your mobile number and checking this box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Pro Skills Basketball about your account, payments, schedules, team updates, and programs, camps, or events that may interest you. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.”
5. Submitting the form records the consent (date and time stored).

What we send & how often

Messages include registration and payment confirmations, past-due payment reminders, practice and game schedule reminders, tryout and evaluation updates, gear-ordering reminders, and occasional information about programs, camps, tryouts, or events that may interest you. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and your player's schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

Help & opt-out

Reply HELP to any message or email admin@proskillsbasketball.com. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. If you previously cancelled, reply START to resume. STOP and START are subscription-management replies for people who already opted in above, they are not a separate sign-up method.

Privacy
