Common problems

You cannot sign in

Use the same email address you registered with. If you signed up with Google, use the Google button rather than a password. If you still cannot get in, call us. Do not create a second account. Two accounts split your players across two families and we have to merge them by hand.

A payment did not go through

Check the card on file in your account under Payments. If the charge failed and you have fixed the card, we retry it automatically. Call us if you want it retried now.

A page will not load, or a button does nothing

Reload the page first. If it happens again, text your city’s number or email us and say what you clicked and what you expected to happen. That one sentence is usually enough. Every report is looked into, and you will hear back with what we found.

Your child is not on the roster you expect

Rosters are set by the city director after tryouts. Call us and we will tell you where things stand.
